"All heads were turned when architect Kayzad Shroff was called on the stage to bag the NDTV Landscape design of the year at the first ever Design and Architecture awards introduced by NDTV.
"Beach House" , the winning project involved renovation of an old bungalow, situated near the sea shore. And since most of the project involved landscaping, with emphasis on swimming pool, spatial decks and not to mention a large patio area, the project struck the jury members."

RECENTLY IN NEW DELHI
Into its first year, the highly coveted awards were focused on the complexities of building projects from a innovation, design, aesthetic, sustainability and conservation perspective. A high powered jury did the tough of job of shortlisting the winners from the all the entries received. The winners were announced in glittering ceremony held recently in New Delhi.
